We had a beer and alligator bites . The sauce in the alligator bites was very good. The rolls before the meal were very good. The deserts were super delicious. The Staff were very welcoming.

I love this spot! So glad to see the food has either stayed the same or improved since I was here over 15 years ago. I tried the Cubano and the Butcher Burger--both were incredible and definitely some of the best I've ever had. I highly recommend checking them out!

Long line for lunch, and I can see why!! Hearty delicious fresh sandwiches for a very reasonable price! Staff were super friendly and accommodating, and the restaurant had a very fun, vibrant energy. The food is absolutely top notch, definitely a must do if you're around the convention center

Short walk from my hotel. Loved the atmosphere. Boudin good, but could be more spicier. Pork rillion is delicious. Head cheese is good

Simply the best! We tried the House Selection of Sausage, which included andouille, country smoked, boudin, and the daily special jalapeno sausage. All of them were delicious, but the andouille was my favorite. I loved its smoky flavor and spice. We also split a Cubano sandwich, and I think it was the best Cuban sandwich I've ever had. It was spicy, and therefore delicious! We added an order of macaroni and cheese. It was good, but not stellar. Same with the bacon praline and key lime pie. I think I would try something else before getting them again.

I love coming here. The food is always so innovative and delicious. Need to time it a little better so I'm not getting there too late when the board specials have sold out. No sweat...went with the Butcher Burger dressed with a side of the special sauce and the marinated brussels with several dashes of their sweet potato habanero hot sauce. Service is really great. Love the Star Wars theme. Love that it's walking distance from my hotel too.

In my Yelp list to go to. No idea why I saved it. It was great for a quick lunch. Shared a 3 different sausage plate. And a pulled pork sandwich. Both were so good. Cool old bldg. quick to order and food delivered to our table outside.

I went a little off the rails and ordered a turkey and cheese sandwich...it was absolutely fantastic! I turkey was nice and thick and the bread was slightly chewy with a crunchy crust. I also got the house chips, which were delicious! This sweet potato habanero sauce was an absolute delightful surprise. We bought some to bring home as well. The ordering at the counter was easy and quick with friendly folks, which the restaurant itself was clean, bustling and full of happy patrons. We did accidentally walk in to Cochon instead of Cochon Butcher, so be aware :)

On a long drive that started in Houston, decided to take a two hour stop in NOLA and this was one of the spots on the list. Street parking and depending on where you parked it was metered or free and what I found was metered around the corner. On a Monday around 1 the place was hopping. A nice day and many were taking advantage of the outside seating as well Indoor was pretty much full. Various meat delicacies were displayed and in full view as well as a Merch section. Rustic, loud and lively atmosphere. Ordering is at the counter and there was a short queue which took about 10 minutes. Ordered the three meat sampler-all sausage (Boudin, Deer Sausage and Andouille)-all were tasty with the Boudin standing out! Had to get the Duck Pastrami-enjoyed it but would order it as part of a Charcuterie sampler next time. Blue plate specials are available 4 days a week. Service was excellent and full of hustle given the peak. An abundance of creative house-made options on the menu so will definitely be back next NOLA visit.
